Wilfred Arthur Lake

The tragic story of the death of Wilfred and his wife, Marjorie, was vividly told in the Hamilton Spectator Newspaper in Ontario Canada.

Wilfred Arthur Lake was born on 9 Jan 1909 in Guernsey Channel Islands. He moved to Canada with his family in 1924 and he married Marjorie Josetha Campion in the 1940's.

The event happened on 22 Jun 1977 at their home at 204 Rymal Road West Hamilton Ontario, which they had built themselves. 

We do not know what caused Wilfred to act as he did it was totally out of character.

Wilfred was the 2nd of 13 children born to Wilfred Christopher Lake & Mary Frances Phillips.
